The team of ad hoc is proud to announce the completion of the second successful re-audit according to ÖNORM EN 15038 on  3rd December 2010! All our translation projects of the past four years have thus been based on the industry’s most up-to-date standard!
When ÖNORM EN 15038 was first published in 2006 the translation industry finally had its own  highly practical and very real quality standard regulating the daily business of suppliers and providing customers with an extra plus in quality.

ad hoc was the second Austrian translation services provider to complete the required certification proceedings in late autumn 2006 and has ever since strictly complied with all the details specified by the standard. In addition to specific documentation requirements and requirements for staff the standard focuses particular importance on the so-called four-eye-principle. Each translation once finished is reviewed by a lecturer as four eyes are more reliable than two!

Compliance with the criteria laid down in EN 15038 is verified by specialised auditors at regular two-year intervals and we are very happy to once again be able to report a positive result to our customers – for your direct benefit!
